When the opportunity arises to spend a whole day with someone as experienced as Rob Brewer, you would jump at the chance, wouldn’t you?

 

Rob, pre-eminent sailmaker to Herons and a multiple title-holder in many classes as well as Herons, gave 2 hours to boat rigging and preparation (using Keiran Mulcahy’s Yolli Yol as a guinea pig) before the afternoon on the water, where we were evaluated individually. This was followed by a few short races and a debrief.

 

This was $25 well spent. I can personally testify that Rob helped me with a few things that immediately improved my boat speed.
